You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email once it's dispatched from our warehouse.

We do our best to process orders quickly, so please contact us at info@chantmily.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We can't guarantee an amendment once an order has entered fulfilment.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments.

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST), where applicable. 

Our products are available for shipping to New Zealand and Singapore. 

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse (up to 7 business days during sale periods).

Chantmily clothing generally runs true to size, but we know every child is different. You can find specific measurements for each garment on its product page, or check our Size Guide for a full breakdown. If you're ever unsure, we recommend sizing up.

We prioritise natural materials such as cotton, lyocell, and bamboo viscose. Where a synthetic layer is required to achieve a design effect, garments are always lined with 100% cotton to ensure that only natural fibres touch your little one's skin.

Cold delicate machine wash with like colours, in the laundry bag provided. Do not bleach, tumble dry, or dry clean. Do not iron embellishments; cool iron on reverse side only. See our Fabric & Care Guide for full details.
