Change of Mind Returns
Items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging, within 60 days of your purchase date.

Please include your invoice or order number with your return, so we can process it quickly.
Exchange or Credit Voucher
We're happy to offer an exchange for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
If your requested item is unavailable, we'll issue a credit voucher to the value of your original purchase.
Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless faulty. Please choose carefully.
Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@chantmily.com with your order number and details of the issue. Our team will review your return and offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund once the item has been inspected.
